What time do you usually arrive on-site before an event?
We arrive approximately two hours before our first set — giving us time to unload, set up & soundcheckHow long do you play for?
Our standard performance is 2.5 hours, typically split into either three sets of 50 minutes or two sets of 75.How long does setup take?
We can have the sound system ready in about an hour, though 90 minutes is ideal — it gives us time to eat and settle in without being rushed.Can you offer early setup if needed?
Early setup isn’t usually necessary — we aim to arrive with enough time to get everything ready before playing. If early access is essential, we can arrange it at our standard hourly rate.What happens if someone in the band is unavailable?
We have a trusted pool of experienced “deps” who can step in and deliver a performance on par with our regular line-up — ensuring your party goes off without a hitch.How do we stay in touch leading up to the event?
Start by reaching out via the enquiry form. From there, we’ll keep things organised by email — though you’re welcome to chat by phone for reassurance, and WhatsApp works best for urgent updates on the day.

Can we choose songs for the performance?
Feel free to share favourites or veto any songs. We adapt as we play to keep the dancefloor full, so there’s no need to plan every detailWill you learn our first dance?
We’d love to! If the song suits our line-up and can be covered to a high standard, we’ll perform it live. If not, we’ll play the original via Spotify just before kicking off the first set.Can we share a playlist for DJ sections?
Yes please. Sending a pre-made Spotify playlist is the smoothest option. If you just have a few favourites, that’s great too — we’ll build around them. If nothing’s specified, we’ll read the room and trust our instincts.Can we see you live before booking?
The vast majority of our gigs are private events, but if we have anything public in the diary, we’re happy to let you know.

Are you insured and is your equipment PAT tested?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance up to £5 million, and all equipment is tested annually to meet PAT regulations. Certificates can be provided on request.
🍽️ requirements
Do you expect to be provided with food and drinks?
A meal and access to soft drinks throughout the evening help keep the band energised and focused — especially when we’re with you from setup to encore.
📋 Booking & Payment
How does the booking process work?
Once you've confirmed a date, venue and rough timings, we'll send over a short contract with all the key details. You'll be asked to pay a 25% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due 30 days before your event. Everything discussed by email forms part of the agreement, so you'll always have a clear record.
